A conceptual master-planning study for a large-scale residential community, exploring site-responsive development patterns, open space integration, and long-term phasing strategies.
The work focused on structuring a connected neighbourhood framework, balancing environmental features with developable areas, and establishing a clear hierarchy of streets, blocks, and public spaces. The study also considered housing diversity, landscape integration, and infrastructure alignment to support phased implementation.
