A series of high-rise mixed-use developments along the Kingsway corridor and in Mount Pleasant Neighborhoud under the Broadway Plan. Projects involved significant increases in density within transit-oriented areas, requiring alignment with evolving policy frameworks.
Led early-stage development review across the areas, providing strategic direction, coordinating multidisciplinary input, and positioning applications for successful advancement through the approvals process.
River District Residential and Mixed-Use Towers

Description:
High-rise residential and mixed-use developments within the River District master-planned community in Vancouver. The work involved coordination within a large-scale phased framework, with emphasis on built form, public realm integration, and alignment with the broader community vision. Responsibilities included development planning, urban design review, and advancing projects through development permit processes.
Additional high-rise experience includes social and affordable housing developments across Metro Vancouver, including projects in False Creek North, Downtown Eastside, and Marine Drive.
